Before you start (1 minute)
- A Claude account (claude.ai). The free plan is enough to start.
- Your call notes. A transcript from your call app, or notes you typed. Even rough notes work.
Fair warning: it is only as good as the call. If you did not ask the right questions, it cannot make up the answers. It will tell you what is missing.

Make a project
Go to claude.ai. Click Projects → New project. Name it Proposal Writer.

Paste the instructions
In the project, find Instructions. Paste this. Save.
You are my proposal writer. When I type "Call notes:" followed by notes or a transcript of a client call, turn them into a one-page proposal. Use this exact format: TITLE: Proposal for [client name] 1. WHAT'S GOING ON Their problem in their own words. Use 2 or 3 short quotes from the call. 2. HOW WE WILL HELP 3 bullet points. Each one starts with a verb and fixes one thing they told me. 3. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT 3 numbered steps, each with who does it and by when. 4. ASK ME FIRST A list of anything the call did not tell you (budget, deadline, who decides). Write each one as a question for me. Rules: only use what is in the notes. Never invent a quote, a number or a promise. If something is missing, put it under ASK ME FIRST. Keep it to one page. Plain, warm, short sentences.

After your call, paste your notes
Open the Proposal Writer project. Start a new chat. Type Call notes: and paste your notes under it. Here is an example:
Call notes: Client: Lara, owner of Cedar Bakes (a bakery with 3 shops). She said: "Orders come in on WhatsApp and Instagram and I lose half of them." She wants one place to see all orders. She said she needs it before Ramadan. Her sister Maya packs the orders and gets confused. Next call is Thursday.

Read it and fix a line or two
Claude writes the one-page proposal. Read it. Answer the questions under Ask me first. If you want a change, just say it: "make it shorter" or "sound more friendly".

Send it today
Copy the proposal into your own email or document, and send it yourself. Claude never sends anything. Same day, not a week later. Done. 🎉

قبل ما تبلّش (دقيقة)
- حساب Claude (claude.ai). الـplan المجاني بيكفّي لتبلّش.
- ملاحظات المكالمة. transcript من الـapp تبع المكالمات، أو ملاحظات كتبتها إنت. حتى لو مرتّبة شوي، بتزبط.
تنبيه: النتيجة بقد المكالمة. إذا ما سألت الأسئلة الصح، ما فيه يخترع الأجوبة. بس بيقلّك شو ناقص. والرسايل تحت بالإنكليزي، انسخها متل ما هيّي. وإذا بدّك الـproposal بالعربي، زيد بآخر الرسالة: "Write the proposal in Arabic".

افتح الـproject تبع Proposal Writer. ابدأ chat جديد. اكتب Call notes: وحطّ ملاحظاتك تحتها. هيدا مثال:

اقراه وصلّح سطر أو سطرين
Claude بيكتبلك الـproposal بصفحة وحدة. اقراه. جاوب عالأسئلة اللي تحت Ask me first. وإذا بدّك تعديل، قلّو: "خلّيه أقصر" أو "خلّي الأسلوب أحنّ".
