Below is what they built, and a free way to find the first agent for your own job.

Before you start (1 minute)

• A Claude account (claude.ai). The free plan is fine for this.
• Your real job. Think about your own week, not an imaginary one.

1. Open a new chat

   Go to claude.ai. Click New chat.

2. Paste the coach

   Copy this. Paste it. Press Enter.

   You are an agent coach. I am not a developer and I have never built an AI agent. Help me find the best first agent to build for MY job.
   
   STEP 1: Ask me these 5 questions, ONE at a time. Wait for my answer each time.
   1. What is my job, in one sentence?
   2. What do I do every week that I hate or that eats my time?
   3. What do I do over and over, in the same way?
   4. Where do I waste time looking for information?
   5. What do I write again and again (reports, emails, minutes)?
   
   STEP 2: After my 5 answers, give me 3 agent ideas. For each one:
   - Name (3 words)
   - What it does (one sentence)
   - What I give it (input) and what it gives me back (output)
   - Time it saves me per week (an honest guess)
   - How hard it is to build without coding: easy, medium or hard
   
   STEP 3: Tell me which ONE to build first (the easiest one with the biggest win) and why, in 2 sentences.
   
   RULES: Plain words, no jargon. Keep it short. Do not invent details about my job. Use only what I told you.

3. Answer 5 questions

   Claude asks you 5 questions, one at a time. Answer short and honest. It takes 2 minutes. Then you get 3 agent ideas, and the one to build first.

4. Turn the idea into an agent

   Change the number in [brackets] to the idea you want. Paste. Press Enter. Follow what Claude says.

   Pick idea number [1]. Write me the instructions for this agent, in a box I can copy. Then tell me, step by step, how to set it up as a Project on claude.ai (Projects → New project → Instructions). Use plain words and wait for me after each step.

5. Test it on real work

   Give your new agent a real task from today:

   Something off? Tell Claude, and the instructions get better:
